Whisker menu slow to open

Interesting.

I also found that simply resetting the mode seemed to rectify my issue,
at least for now.

For the record I ran:

  xfwm4 --vblank=xpresent --replace

... in a terminal, and didn't see the same issues I had previously with
the whisker menu.  I ctrl-c'd that xfwm session, and the issue
disappeared from my previous session as well.  I didn't even have to log
out or reboot.
