Window tweak settings

Thanks Marshall, it will get reviewed by the developers when they have some
time!

Just to clarify though, it would be peculiar for such an issue to be caused
by your GTK theme. Usually the most common scenario when a setting is not
applied on login is because the developers did not initialise one setting
in the application properly.
