Hello Rodriguez,

funny that you come up with this, it was a topic today in #xfce at freenode. The problem is within libvte and is already fixed in the master branch of it, but there won't be any backporting. See https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=728900
To get rid of the error message, go into the xfce4-terminal settings → compatibility → emulation and set this to "xterm".
