CAPTCHA exclusion (Was: no wonder you are UNDERdevellopped ...)

I remember that I once had an issue with a terminal emulation CAPTCHA. I
searched my emails for a mailing list thread about this issue, but
couldn't find it, instead I found a thread from another one who had an
issue too. So yes, those CAPTCHAs could cause issues, OTOH while
searching for issues with terminal emulation CAPTCHAs, I found tons of
emails about issues with averaged visual CAPTCHAs. A few days ago I
needed several times to request a new visual CAPTCHA, because one
CAPTCHA after the other was unreadable. I heard that audio CAPTCHAs are
hard to understand, I never listened myself to an audio CAPTCHA.
