Is there any way to remove drive icons from the desktop?

That's too non-specific.  All you can do is remove the icon for
'Removable Devices' which will prevent me from seeing any drive icon.
I want to see USB drives and such when I plug them in, I just don't
want to see this specific icon (which isn't for a removable drive
really anyway).
