ANNOUNCE: xfce4-mount-plugin 0.6.4 released

I'm next to Robby's opinion. Do not separate content to practional 
lists. If one is subscribing to a mailing list it doesn't mean all posts 
must be read. Subject is clear. If its is 'Announcement', just skip.

Easy to do.
