Xfce4-mixer pulseaudio support

Hello,

Lionel Le Folgoc (Xubuntu maintainer, if I'm not mistaken) made a
version of xfce4-volumed based on libpulse, and hosted it on a git repo':
http://lionel.lefolgoc.net/code/xfce4-volumed-pulse/

Here is the original blog post about it (in French, but don't worry the
previous link points to english-written code and comments) :
http://lionel.lefolgoc.net/blog/article90/xfce4-volumed-et-pulseaudio

There is even a PPA for Ubuntu from Lionel for it:
https://launchpad.net/~mrpouit/+archive/ppa

Also, Xubuntu has a 'indicator-sound-gtk2' applet instead of xfce4-mixer
in the panel, which works just fine.. on Xubuntu.

I had troubles compiling it on Archlinux (dependancy on libindicator).
Besides, it's not very configurable.

Just my 2 cents.
