Control key appears as Primary when setting shortcuts

As "Primary" was implemented in GTK+ in commit 
24a42839babddc8130226663a97453fe8b0f8d45 on 26th of September which has 
never appeared in a release, I actually suspect you built GTK+ from git 
master. I suggest you read up on that commit as you're surely used to doing.

Please file a bug report. It's mostly an aesthetic issue as far as I 
see, but still worth looking into.
