Want xfce, not twm, as my vnc session wm

Hi,

I only just installed this system, as far as i know it is 10.4 lucid lynx ?
Ok so how do I get 4.6 using apt-get ? i know you can do apt-get
install xfce4 but would this give me the latest version ?
