Not unless someone else fixed it. Oddly, no one's been complaining
about it for some time, though.

One problem related to slow login was fixed (xfce4-settings-helper
causing SM timeouts), but sometimes I still get a slow login too.
Haven't had a chance to look into it.

Especially if this guy is on Gentoo like I believe he stated -- there
was recently a move from the years-long-stable libjpeg6 to libjpeg7.
Likely the OP just didn't properly rebuild all reverse-dependencies.
