Xfce 4.6 BETA-3 (Tuco-Tuco) Released

I guess you might already had time to build it... but if not, I'm
setting up a new box and as I don't want Xfce 4.4.3 I'm gonna compile
svn.  Until now I never used a script, but it's true that the checkout
can take, if not, takes the most amount of time.

So I made up a script to do the checkout automatically.
