ANN: gigolo version 0.3.1 released

Hey,

this is a quick follow-up release of 0.3.0 to fix the broken build on
systems with GTK 2.12.

Changes:

* Fix build with GTK 2.12
* Show the main window when the status icon in the notification
  area gets removed
