Sorry, the main developers of what?  If you're looking for Xubuntu help, 
probably xubuntu.org; I don't know if they have any project-specific 
mailing lists that would be of use, but I'm sure you can find them 
there.  I know some Xubuntu guys hang out on this mailing list, so maybe 
they'll speak up here and can give you some pointers.
