Mmmh, you can add it via xfce4-autostart-editor.

Run xscreensaver-demo to get to the configuration dialog.  The MCS
plugin in Settings > Screensaver invokes that, or something like that.

Also remember that you can read the manual and run each xscreensaver*
commands with --help (/usually/ it prints a short help).
