Xfwm and the title bar

One of the main reasons I so enjoy Xfce is because of the B5 theme used 
by Xfwm which shows a title bar over each decorated window that only 
takes up as much room to show the title text and the single window 
context menu button.  Personally I think the button is superfluous and 
unnecessary but I can live with that.  What I would like to do is have 
fixed title text assigned to each title bar that can not be displaced by 
the application.  Is this possible?
