Threading support in xfce4-dict-plugin

Hi,

Yesterday I added threading support fpr the xfce4-dict-plugin. This
means, the querying of the server is done in a separate thread to not
freeze the GUI while waiting for the server. I just committed some
fixes for the threading code and also some other fixes.

If the code works I would make a new release, but I think there might
be some bugs and so I would be happy, if some of you could test the new
code. Thanks.
