How to activate mount capabilities on thunar

The Debian packages should be build with support for HAL. I don't know
about the exact details of pmount/hal usage on Debian (IIRC it's only
the plugdev group requirement).

Only removable volumes are displayed in the shortcuts pane, the other
volumes are hidden.
