installing theme

I'm guessing this is a window manager theme by the 'xfwm4' folder inside
the theme folder.  These go in $xfce_prefix/share/themes/.  If you
installed Xfce via your distribution's pacakges, $xfce_prefix is
probably /usr.  This is assuming you're using Xfce 4.2 or higher (the WM
theme layout changed between 4.0 and 4.2).
