Transparent Panels

URG!  Benny commited in terminal/trunk to enable real transparency! It's
in revision 24157!

Which means, if you compile from SVN, you just have to update.  I did
it, and it's cool.  To set the transparency you go to Preferences >
Aspect and set the background to transparent.  If you have a recent vte
it will use real transparency, otherwise a fake one over the background.
