Documentation for exo-open

Hello everyone.

I’m searching for a documentation on how to configure the file handlers for »exo-open«.
It’s indeed a very neat way to open files with this command only but I have absolutely no
idea where it gets its configuration from. (I even straced it without success.)

Of course, I can run »exo-preferred-applications« and select a browser, a mail client and
a terminal. But what about players for audio files and videos? And what about images?
There is opened one application for each, but I don’t know how I can configure which one
to start for specific filetypes. Maybe I missed something but I couldn’t find a
documentation for this.
