Documentation for exo-open

Hello again.

Not really a documentation, but something to manipulate the default application for a
specific mimetype:

But at the moment I am not able to set a filemanager for directories. Even the in that
mail mentioned entries didn’t work; there is still Thunar opened for directories.

Maybe I’ll find a way …
