Orage: doesn't close

  The systray is not the only one which can unhide orage.  The panel
plugin can also show orage, as can a simple launcher.  If you want to
quit orage, press Ctrl+Q or click on the item File > Quit.

  Many applications use the systray to hide on window close, especially
if they need to turn in background.  In the case of orage, it will
popup your events/appointments so that's the expected behavior to hide
on window close.
