More Serious Problems with 4.2.x

   Ignoring the icons for now (because they're very minor issue), I've found
two problems in my upgrade from 4.0.6 to 4.2.x that I cannot solve by myself.

   1. In both ~/.xfce4/xinitrc and /etc/X11/xdg/xfce4/xinitrc is the line
testing for $HOME/.Xmodmap, and loading it when found. This has worked
before, but it's not working now. The re-mapped ctrl and caps lock keys,
among others, are not actaully remapped. I'm puzzled why not.

   2. Also in ~/.xfce4/xinitrc, I have the taskbar commented out; as in:
# xftaskbar4 &
But, the taskbar comes up when I startx. Suggestions on how I remove it from
4.2.x will be greatly appreciated.
