XFCE partially pt_BR

For starters, the Xffm LANG setting has nothing to do with anything but 
Xffm.

To fix the problem, you can translate the menu.xml file, and make sure 
the pt_BR translations in all of our .desktop files (which should mostly 
have been moved to the module .po files by now) are up to date.
