cycling to the panel via the alt+tab

Argh, sure, the panel is unfocusable now. Somebody (maybe the panel 
maintainer *hint*, *hint*) could write a short explanation of the panel 
window-type change and what this means for users, for the FAQ on the 
website. ;-)
