Lucky guy... ;) I recently switched finally from xfce 3 to 4.2... and
everything feels now slower :(
I would accuse gtk20 for that (xfce3 was gtk12) because of all the
cpu-cycles stealing utf8-encoding %"§$&". But for example workspace
switching puts my system load to 100% 500MHz Celeron + 640MB of RAM,
DualHead (2304x864)
