Moving windows with the pager

Yah, I had just moved from fvwm to xfce and had gotten used to being
able to move windows' locations with the pager in fvwm.  (Having the
window snap back to its original location is what i didn't like :( ) 
I'll download the source and see if it is within my capabilities to
make it work similarly.  Thanks!
