http://os-works.com/ should have the latest packages.  I believe someone
said that they're being merged (or have been merged?) into either
testing or experimental.  Not sure of the status.

Not sure what you mean.  The style hasn't changed fundamentally in the
4.x series.  If you want to look like 3.x, that's pretty much
impossible, I'd think.
