Where can I find libexo-0.3.1?

I wanted to try Thunar, but the configure script told me my libexo is 
too old. I have v0.3.0 installed, but Thunar needs 0.3.1.

checking for exo-0.3 >= 0.3.1... found, but
*** The required package exo-0.3 was found on your system,
*** but the installed version () is too old.
*** Please upgrade exo-0.3 to atleast version 0.3.1, or adjust
*** the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you installed
*** the new version of the package in a nonstandard prefix so
*** pkg-config is able to find it.

The latest release on os-cillation is 0.3.0 
(http://www.os-cillation.com/article.php?sid=48) and the SVN version 
didn't compile here...

Where can I find (a source tarball of) libexo-0.3.1?
