Except that Xfmedia only uses the C bindings of taglib[1].  And there's
currently no released version of Xfmedia that uses taglib.  And it works
just fine without taglib (though you can't *edit* metadata).

[1] The benefit here is that, even though taglib's C bindings call into
the C++ library, the C++ ABI is irrelevant, since you can't compile the
C++ lib and C bindings separately.
