Task List button on taskbar

uhh... that's probably not a good idea, since it'll a) require that you
close all apps, and b) kill the taskbar, which i don't think is what this
guy wants.

anyway, this is an intermittent problem that seems to show up rather
randomly.  sometimes one (or both) of the taskbar or the panel loses the
skip tasklist hint.  olivier, could this be some obscure bug in xfwm4?  i
thought it was gone, myself, but it cropped up for me about a week ago.

for the record, killing the tasklist and restarting it usually does the
trick.  just open a terminal and type 'killall xftaskbar4'.  then hit
alt+f2 to bring up the run box, and run xftaskbar4 again.
