Task List button on taskbar

Hi Brian,

I made it, but the restarted taskbar also has this button... :-(
so it's a bug, or a mistake by me...
I have the version 4.0.3 in my distro, but I think the xfce-goodies what
I installed are made for later version (I'm not sure).
Could it cause such problem?
