A little suggestion about xfwm window borders

Hi folks,

I once saw a theme or window manager, not sure which of those, that made window borders 'disappear' - mening borders had width set to zero size.
I liked it very much, and sometimes it was pretty useful, so my question is:  

is it possible to add an option to set width of window borders to 0, and place this option in window manager or user interface cathegory of XFCE Settings Manager?

I believe it is nothing difficult, neither it is important, but if anyone from the developers are interested, please give it a try.
