This took me a while after the thread too. It's in Library -> HOWTO's:

Now, for my question. I've found the installation guide. But where is
a doc to tell me how Lunar Linux's "portage" or "pacman" style system
works? I guessed it'd be in the "Manual Pages" section which mentions
"lin" on the link above and the 2.6 kernel page seemed to use "lin" in
that way...but there isn't anything in the Manual Pages.
