Can you add cancel button when it's possible?

I don't think it is too much to ask, but I'm always prepared to be
convinced I'm wrong.

Discussions like this are the only way for us to get feed-back, so they
are very important. We read all of them and even if we don't participate,
it will influence our decissions.

Sometimes we will agree immediately, sometimes we will say we hate it,
but most of the time we will simply keep the ideas in the back of our
minds and take them into account during the constant and gradual
development of xfce.

I was genuinely interested in an example of when it would be useful. I
stated my own opinion that most of our options don't need a revert
button.

Here's how I believe the process works:

If something bothers you (or anyone else) try to convince us we're wrong.
Specific examples are always better than general statements ("I lost two
days of work" vs . "I like that better") and, if you are a developer, a
patch to show what you mean can make your argument stronger.

Lots of discussion generally means people think it's important and will
make us pay more attention. If many people want something we will
consider it, if many people disagree that means we can do what we want ;-)

In the end we will decide based on available time, personal interest and
opinion and user input.
