Panel launcher

Hello!

I am using XFCE 4.0.6 and I noticed a somewhat unexpected behaviour when
I added a launcher and specified the executable with the file dialog.
The path name contained a space and therefore the file was not properly
executed when I clicked on the launcher. Quoting the file name solved
the problem (of course) but I would suggest that when you choose a file
name with the appropriate button, that such file names will get quoted
when they contain spaces.
