xfce version 3 vs. 4 : missing features?

No it won't. I've been using XFCE4 for about 9 months. Its still not
natural, and it still annoys the hell out of me. Right clicking once
anywhere on the title bar was natural.

What was the compelling reason for this change?

I thought it was, and apparently others do as well.
