xfce 4 and keyboard shortcuts

Hello,
I just wonder, if it is possible to use keyboard shortcuts in the
current snapshot of xfce4 (2003/03/16)?
In xfce3 it was easily done by modifying the xfwmrc in .xfce.
Is there any similiar stuff for xfce4 available?
Maybe it is the term='' attribute of the <command> element in the
xfce4rc xml file, but how to set it, if it is?
Thanks and regards
Marcus
