Strange problem.

Whenever I create a background list, I lose my main (user interface)
font, the xfce-mcs-manager fails to start, and it's not correctable
until I select a single background.

I'm using Gentoo-1.4, the backgrounds are on a shared file server, and
I'm running XFree 4.3.1.

If there's anything more information I may have forgotten that could be 
pertinent, I'd be
happy to offer more. 

Other than that, great work.  XFCE4 is a great replacement for most any
WM I've used previously.
