Odd UI effects

Yes, I have seen this. It happened when I left gaim in the taskbar's
system tray while I exited a session. When I logged back in gaim loaded
back into the system tray and included blank space between it and the
session manager icon. To avoid this rather odd anomaly, I always exit
gaim completely before I exit a session.

My XFce4 is listed as XFce4-3.99.2 in Gentoo's portage system.
