Panel and taskbar integration?

So do I, i find the iconbox a better choice for accessing running
process...

You can do whatever you want by right clicking on the panel item you
want to move and selecting the right rank number.

If you don't want to have the application windows covering the panel
just use the margin feature in the "parameters panel" as said in the
documentation, with a panel size sets on "medium", i've set a 52 points
bottom margin and all is ok. Just need to tune to find the right margin
size.
