I'm using xfce-3.8.16 on FreeBSD 4.5. All you have to do to is change the
makefile in the xfce-port so that it reads 3.8.16, put xfce-3.8.16.tar.gz
into /ports/distfiles and do a make with the nochecksum option (if you don't
set the nochecksum, doing a make will tell you how to set the nochecsum).
