Starting apps minimized

I'm sure there's a way to do it, but I'm not doing it right.  I'm trying to
get my "Java Console" windows, that get started from Opera, to started
minimized, so's I don't have to look at them.

I'm assuming I would do this by editing the xfwmrc file, down in the "Style"
section, where I've got things like: (don't mind the word-wrap, please)

Style "sylpheed" StartOnDesk4
Style "XMMS" Sticky
Style "gkrellm" Sticky, NoTitle, BorderWidth 0, CirculateSkip,
CirculateSkipIcon, WindowListSkip

And other entries like that.  Would it just be something like:

Style "Java Console" StartMinimized

Or something?
