3.8.18 with taskbar support

Apparently (?) it is possible to build 3.8.18 without taskbar support.
 I've just installed the gentoo ebuild for 3.8.18 and there is nary a
sign of taskbar.  Could someone post the ./configure ????? parameters
to cause the taskbar support to be built so that I can modify the
ebuild and bug gentoo about this?

BTW, I'm too lazy to download the tarball and unpack again just to get
this data.
