Odd theme request/question.

Anyone know how Gkrellm has those "Glass" themes that make it nearly
invisible in a cartoon Wonder Woman's invisible plane sort of way?
Just wondering if it'd be even possible to treat the Xfce panel that way.
Just the outline of  the arrows and boxes and the icons visible.
I might not like it but it'd be interesting to see.
