[Xfce-i18n] Volunteer to translate XFCE into Spanish

Hi André,

You can watch a project to get notifications when a resource is updated
or added. To follow a project, just click on the small eye, like in this
image[2]. When new strings are available to be translated, you receive
both an email and a notification like this[3].

Here[0] you can select what properties you want to follow:

> * When a resource file is updated or autofetch for a resource failed.
> * When resources are added or removed from projects
> * When a requested language is accepted or rejected.
> * When a project changes team
> * When new content is detected for a live project
> * When a file has been 100% translated in one of its target languages
> * When a user requests to transfer a project to another org, accepted
/ denied.
> * When someone requests a language to be added to a project.
