[Xfce-i18n] Volunteer to translate XFCE into Spanish

Hi Alfredo,
I see that you are already part of the Spanish translation team, which is
almost completely translated, so the work is basically to keep it as close
as possible to 100%.
Unfortunately Transifex doesn't notify translators when new strings are
available to be translated, one has to be checking from time to time (e.g.
once a week/month) or when Xfce is close to major release.
