[Xfce-i18n] [Mousepad] Incorrect translation of "tab" in French

Hi,

The word "tab" is systematically translated to the French "onglet."
This is correct when the term refers to a tab in the notebook, but not
when it refers to the tabs in a text area. In the last case, the
appropriate French word is "tabulation." I thus propose the following
modifications:
