[Xfce-i18n] Remove "-1" from exo and change "T" to "t" in Thunar - Transifex/Xubuntu

There's already a non-capitalized "thunar-volman.mo" just to add to the 
complexity. Must be some historic reasons, perhaps irrelevant today.
