[Xfce-i18n] Remove "-1" from exo and change "T" to "t" in Thunar - Transifex/Xubuntu

I don't know why they have these particularities (maybe there is a
history/reason behind it), but I suggest that you file a bug report
against these two software asking to have the translation filename to
be adjusted to your expectations ("exo.mo" and "thunar.mo").
